Positive: It was sooo cute and comfy! We really dug it, and the location was awesome. Only downside is the bed is really stiff and we both woke up with major backaches. However, everyone sleeps different so maybe it was just us.

Positive: Location was excellent- close to Lewis and Clark College and walking distance to excellent restaurants and cafes. The street parking was always available and only a few feet from the entrance! The room was private and comfortable, and had everything one might need for a short stay.
Negative: The sheets were a synthetic blend that felt rough and not breatheable. An upgrade to 100% cotton would make the bed much more comfortable, especially during heat waves. The air conditioning unit functioned properly, but it was noisy when it turned on and off and faced away from the bed. I found that placing the box fan on the opposite side of the room was essential in creating a steady white noise and circulating the air to keep the room cool at night.

Positive: I liked that the property was clean and in a good neighborhood.
Negative: I didn’t like several things. 1) I was there for 10 days and there were only 4 towels. When I asked about getting more towels, I was told there won’t be any more clean towels provided. 2) There were 2.5 rolls of toilet paper when I arrived. When I asked would I be able to get one more for my stay, I was told no. 3) I was there on business and needed an iron to iron my formal clothing and there was no iron or ironing board. 4) Roku TV was the only television available, no basic cable.
Summary: Decent but I won’t be back. Hotels are more convenient.
